1. Overview
CC-TCNT01 is the exclusive IOTA wiring base for Honeywell C300 process controller (CC-PCNT01/02), installed at the bottom of the C300 rack slot with the main controller plugged vertically above. It is the core wiring hub of the controller cabinet, integrating all external interface terminals required by the C300 controller: dual FTE redundant network ports connecting plant control backbone, I/O Link ports for communicating with Series C I/O racks, 24VDC power terminals, redundant synchronization bus terminals for dual redundant controller configuration. Built-in hardware surge suppression and 1500V isolation circuit to isolate field network surge interference and protect the main controller core board. Supports hot-swap maintenance of C300 controller without cabinet power cut, full-board G3 anti-corrosion conformal coating, compatible with simplex and redundant C300 controller architectures, widely deployed in all critical DCS control cabinets of power, petrochemical, oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries.
